These Terms govern the general relationship between Ahamkara and all users and clients.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Ahamkara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without our express written consent.
For client work: upon full payment, Ahamkara transfers ownership of final deliverables to the client as specified in the project agreement. Ahamkara retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines or additional fees. Clients warrant that any content, materials, or information provided to Ahamkara does not infringe any third-party rights.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences. Ahamkara reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding payments are received. Late payments may attract an interest charge as specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahamkara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Ahamkara reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client is found to be in material breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Changes to These Terms
Ahamkara reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
